Energy Use Estimation
- Quantification of energy consumption from construction equipment and mobile sources (diesel, gasoline, propane, compressed natural gas [CNG]/liquefied natural gas [LNG]) using CalEEMod;
- Estimation of electricity and natural gas use for construction and operation; and
- Modeling of building utility demands and equipment energy use.
Energy Impact Analysis
- Evaluation of energy impacts per Appendix G of CEQA Guidelines;
- Determination of significance based on energy efficiency and conservation criteria; and
- Assessment of consistency with State and local renewable energy and energy efficiency plans.
Documentation & Mitigation Planning
